He built a miniature golf course in the front of the property, a Disneyland-like stream with waterfalls (now dry) in the back. There is an Olympic-size swimming pool  complete with a pool house that includes pool toys, dressing rooms and an open bar. Next to the pool there is a giant lawn for tennis, badminton, tetherball, and putting. Then there is the fire pit with built-in seating for twenty. All the toys and equipment are now for sale!
