This is a beautiful old Spanish family home, built in 1926 by Architect Everett Babcock, situated on a 1/3 of an acre very close to Cal Tech. The matriarch of the family has just moved to an elegant retirement home and has left numerous treasures behind.


·         Art – Decorative. Besides being smart, Mom is an accomplished artist.

·         Bar – Stemware, shakers, decanters, bar tools.

·         Clothes Men’s: suits, sports coats XL, dress shirts, numerous shoes, outerwear,     Women’s:  Numerous blouses, sweaters,

A                        fabulous sofa, loveseat and two chairs that are like new and very elegant, a very unusual long, narrow entry table, a                           hexagon table and four chairs, five bedrooms of furniture, several pairs of chairs with perfect fabric seats, bookcases,                      end tables, square tables.

·         Furnishings – Lamps, floor and table type, rugs, mirrors, clocks, decorative art.

·         Garage – Refrigerator (white top freezer, two-door), metal vintage file cabinets, tools, wood ladder, typical garage items, tennis rackets, two sets of golf clubs.
