9 AM to 4PM both days


This couple had two children and they had a very happy, active life. they loved to camp and fish.  They were  all were cavers and they traveled all over the U.S. to visit caves. At home the whole family played Snooker, Croquette, Baseball, and Basketball.  Both children were active in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and they both achieved the highest level of scouting, he as an Eagle Scout and she as a First Class Scout (the equivalent of a Gold at the time) .They roller skated, and they hiked.  The kids grew up with a playhouse, dogs and cats. They  grew their own vegetables. Dad was a journeyman carpenter professionally and as a skilled woodworker and made go carts, forts and all sorts of great things for the kids.   






·         Appliances – Two refrigerators, electric oven, microwave, Kitchen Aid mixer

·         Art – Numerous pieces of lovely decorative art.

·         Bar – Stemware, shakers

·         Camping Equipment – Stoves. Tents, sleeping bags, lights, and lots of it!

·         Clothes – A Boy Scout uniform Mostly Men’s including shoes and hats. Some Women’s

·         Convalescence – Crutches.

·         Costume Jewelry – Some.

·         Entertaining –Lots of serving pieces of all kinds. Dinnerware, flatware, tumblers, servers, and side dishes. Finished tablecloths, napkins, placemats.

·         Electronics – Some stereo components, large flat screen TV, VCR, cameras, , an Apple computer, a fax, a copier, shredder, miscellaneous small items.

·         Furniture – A set of four beautiful modern walnut chairs, numerous small and medium tables of various styles and shapes, a low, wide bookcase, a white French bedroom set. Modern walnut bedroom furniture including a flat desk, a painted blanket chest with tiny flowers, a beautiful Spanish armchair, a slipper rocker, Round, 6’ high curio cabinet, an easy chair, two matching chests of drawers with multicolored drawer fronts, modern server, a shortened Birdseye Maple dresser, twin beds, a pair of Spanish Renaissance armchairs, a New England blue hutch.

·         Furnishings – lamps, mirrors, clocks, wall shelf units, hurricane lamps, throw pillows, a collection of crystal items, pottery, vases.

·         Garage & Work Room  - More tools and parts than we’ve seen in years! Wood working tools, yard care tools, auto repair tools,  vintage file cabinets, metal ladder, wood ladder.

·         Kitchen – Refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, Kitchen Aid Mixer, hand mixer, coffeemaker, numerous pots and pans, cookbooks, bakers, dishes.

·         Linens – Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, comforters, pillows, mattress pads, suitcases.

·         Music – A Baldwin Spinet Piano, LP’s, cassettes.

·         Patio – Redwood outdoor table & two benches in well-used condition: a nice BBQ, wind chimes.

·          Sewingsewing machine in a Queen Anne Case. Some notions .

·         Sporting Goods – a beautiful, 60’s modern Brunswick regulation size Snooker Table.Two sets of golf clubs, tennis rackets, 


·         Toys & Games – Early toy trucks, dolls, doll clothes, doll furniture, board games, plush animals, toys, kid’s books.

·         Yard and Garden –  Numerous clay pots of various sizes. Fruit: Valencia Orange, Navel Orange, Lemons (not sure if its                     Meyers), Swiss Chard ready to pick, .Some planted pots.
