Don’t get up at 5:00 am to be first! Make an appointment and walk in when you arrive. With the latest two variants on the rise, feel free to wear a mask. We will provide the  hand sanitizer and the fun! If you are not concerned about Covid or just like to be spontaneous, we are open to everyone from 11am until 4pm on Saturday, and from 9am to 4pm on Sunday.

 

This family has lived in La Crescenta since 1966 when they were married. They were happily married for 52 years until Mom passed away.  They owned a paving construction company. They built the house ‘from the ground up’ and were very active in the community and their church. They were Rotarians. Dad was a U.S. Army veteran. They had three children and seven grandchildren. Dad always loved hunting and fishing. He passed away at 82 last year.

 

Appliances. A stand-up freezer

Clothing -  Men’s  from M to X-L.     . Boots, shoes, hats, outerwear, socks.

                   Women’s from 18 to 24. The entire closet.

Christmas – More than we’ve seen in awhile! Some vintage, all nice quality. Easter and Other holidays are also here. All in the attached garage.

Electronics – Numerous TV’s, turn table, stereo components, radios.

Furniture & Furnishings – There is a beautiful dining room table with six Windsor chairs (two with arms), A yummy leather couch, chair and ottoman in brown, a modern 12’ sofa in light,  muted colors, cut glass, crystal, china, various what nots, , numerous tables, , wall clocks, bedroom furniture including  pine twin poster beds that stack for bunk beds, a beautiful pine queen bed, a twin day bed, a white bedroom set, pine bedroom set, lamps, mirrors, numerous wall art, lots of framed prints. 

Kitchenalia – Pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, serve ware, numerous small appliances including six 30-cup coffee makers, several regular size coffeemakers,2 microwaves,   toasters, one silver-plated flatware set, two stainless flatware sets, mugs, tumblers, various dishes.

Linens & Textiles – Blankets, throws, pillows, bed coverings, sheets, pillow slips, tablecloths, napkins, placemats. sleeping bags, ground cloths, tarps.

Miscellaneous – Luggage, 3 small Native American rugs.

Office – A great vintage executive desk with a secret locking mechanism, numerous swivel office chairs with and without arms, one darling modern one in chrome and molded hot pink. filing cabinets, other office cabinets and furniture, office supplies, lamps, copy machines, one especially for photographs, , calculators, various other pieces of equipment.

Patio & Yard – Patio table & chairs,  a BBQ. Aa few potted plants.

Records – a few LP’s, all other media; cassettes, CD’s.

Sporting  Goods – Camping equipment, fly rods and reels, fish bags, baskets, canvas carriers, camping clothing including numerous hats. A Buck mount and several duck mounts.

Tools – Supplies, equipment  large & Small; some very old.

Tool/Work Room – Nicknamed the Bomb Shelter, contains the power tools, hand tools, table tools, saws, axes, supplies of nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, unidentified things.

Toys, Games & Dolls,  – The kids grew up but the toys stayed. Kid’s furniture, doll furniture, dolls, stuffed animals, games books,  records.

Parking Directions – Street parking available. You can park in the lot next door to the house, but please pull forward so others can park as well. We will help you escape if you get blocked!
